Returns and refunds policy:

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and include signature receipt and/or tracking. All parcels are insured from £50-£1000 (depending on the packages value) to ensure every order is protected during transit.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days, during this time you must make us aware of your intention to return. If the stated days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but may consider an exchange depending on the circumstances.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in good condition. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a packing slip or proof of purchase (order number as listed in the confirmation email).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be sent back within 10 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange your order, send us an email at hello@noctua.co.uk and we can arrange a replacement item. Please note we only process one exchange per order.

Shipping To return your product, please contact us at hello@noctua.co.uk and we can forward on the return shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can not refund for items that haven't reached us due to loss by the postal service.
