Workshop Bookings Terms & Conditions The following terms and conditions apply to all attendees and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any workshop (“Workshop”) organised by Noctua Jewellery & Workshops (“we” or “us”). Please ensure you have read and understand the following:
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing a booking with us, you agree to the terms and conditions laid out below.
2. Payment
The fee for booking and attending the Workshop will be as stated on the booking form for the relevant Workshop, for the time, date and location stated. All payments for the Workshop must be made in full at the time of completing the booking form and, in any event, prior to the date of the Workshop to secure your place. We are unable to hold spaces without full payment.
3. Refunds and Transfers
All Workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us at enquiries@noctua.co.uk with the substitute's name. We will then update the attendee list accordingly. Please note that tickets cannot be transferred after the Workshop date.
4. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a Workshop, we will provide you with a full refund or a gift voucher for the fee you have paid. This voucher can be used to book any future Workshop of equal or lesser value. You will also be given priority booking for the next available Workshop at your chosen venue.
5. Your Obligations
You must comply with the following obligations:
Conduct: You must not act in any way that is likely to cause harm or nuisance to any person at the Workshop.
Health and Safety: You must comply with all health and safety policies and requests from us or the venue.
Prohibited Items: You may not bring any hazardous or dangerous items to the Workshop.
Damage to Property: You are responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone attending the Workshop with you and shall fully reimburse us for any such damage.
Alcohol Consumption: You may not consume alcohol before or during the Workshop.
Personal Belongings: You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft.
Appropriate Behavior: Any aggressive behavior or language is unacceptable.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in you being asked to leave the Workshop without a refund.
6. Photography and Filming
We may photograph or film the Workshop for promotional purposes. By attending the Workshop, you consent to being photographed or filmed by us or other attendees. You are also welcome to take photographs and videos during the Workshop.
7. Promotional Materials and Workshop Materials
You agree that we may include your details in promotional materials relating to the Workshop and/or any materials used at the Workshop. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in such information.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright for all promotional and Workshop materials belongs to us. You may use these materials for your own personal use only and may not reproduce, publish, or use them for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
8. Data Protection
We will use the contact details provided on the Registration Form to communicate with you regarding the Workshop.
9. Tickets
We do not issue physical tickets for Workshops. Your name will be on the attendee list, and access will be granted upon confirmation of payment.
10. Travel, Accommodation, and Refreshments
You are responsible for your own travel and accommodation arrangements to and from the Workshop. We are not liable for any delays or circumstances that prevent you from attending, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
11. Disability, Medical Conditions, and Dietary Requirements
If you have any disability, medical condition, or special dietary requirements, please email us at hello@noctua.co.uk at least two weeks prior to the Workshop date so we can make appropriate arrangements.
12. Copyright
This Workshop and all Workshops hosted and run by Noctua Jewellery & Workshops LTD are copyrighted. All content, information, works, publications, and information provided during these Workshops are for private and individual use only. You may not copy, duplicate, perform, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit this content in any way.
You are welcome to recreate the jewelry you learn to make in the Workshop and use the information provided to create and sell your own jewelry. However, you may not use the information to copy our Workshops, teach others, or use the information in any educational format for commercial gain. By booking onto any of our Workshops, you agree to these terms.
13. Deposits and Payment Plans
For Workshops costing £150 or more, a payment plan can be arranged with prior agreement. Payment plans require a non-refundable deposit of 20% to 50% of the total Workshop cost at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the Workshop date.
14. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for all Workshops and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used when booking online. Our team is happy to assist you with any questions you may have about using your voucher.
15. Tool Safety
You must follow all instructions regarding the safe use of tools and equipment. Misuse of tools can result in injury and may lead to removal from the Workshop without a refund. You are responsible for any damage caused to tools or equipment through misuse or negligence.
16. Tool Use
You must utilise tools only for their intended purposes and in the manner instructed. Do not attempt to modify, repair, or use tools in any way not expressly demonstrated.
17. Personal Safety
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to ensure your own safety during the Workshop. This includes, but is not limited to, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, using safety equipment as instructed, and following all safety guidelines.
16. Prices
Our prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by English Law, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods from Noctua Jewellery & Workshops LTD ("we," "us," or "our") through our online shop at www.noctua.co.uk (the "Shop"). By placing an order through the Shop, you ("you" or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, email).
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We must make the reimbursement without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction for the reimbursement unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate yourcancellation from this contract to us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
4. Shipping
We offer shipping via Royal Mail and parcel force.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
Risk of loss and title for the goods pass to you upon delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
