Wedding and engagement ring terms & guarantee

By booking your workshop you understand and accept the following:

  • Although your ring(s) will be the perfect fit when you leave our studio you may find your rings need some slight adjustment within 6 months of your workshop, we offer one free resizing per ring. We can size up or down one size depending on what you need to help ensure a perfect fit. If you have stones or engraving on a ring this may not be possible. You will need to pay for postage.

  • With your ring being handmade it may show minor indications of its handmade nature, which adds to its character and charm. No two pieces are the same - making your ring one of a kind! The natural imperfections in the metal or stone add something special to your piece; they make it personal and yours alone. We think that is what makes each of these creations truly incredible.

  • When it comes to deciding on the metal for your engagement or wedding rings, it’s important to consider the materials you choose and their durability. No precious metal is indestructible and some daily wear is inevitable even with platinum. That being said, all of the materials we provide are designed to last a lifetime - they will just age differently depending on the lifestyle of the wearer. During your consultation we will explain how different surface finishes may change over time with wear and even show you how to restore them if needed in future.

  • If your ring fails within 12 months of the class (not through general wear and tear or accidental damage) please contact us and let us know what happened, we'll be more than happy to remedy the situation free of charge. When sending your item to us for repair or replacement, please ensure that you send it via recorded special delivery with full insurance - this will guarantee its safe return. Examples of a failed ring would be a solder join splitting

  • If your ring does get accidentally damaged and requires repair please contact us for a quote. At busy times we may not be able to undertake repairs.

  • All bespoke and customised orders and services are non-refundable and non returnable.

WEDDING and ENGAGEMENT RING WORKSHOP PAYMENT 

For Wedding Ring Classes you agree to pay us as follows: 

  • £200 non refundable Booking Fee – payable on booking

  • Materials – 30 days before your workshop date

  • Workshop fee experience balance – A week before your workshop date

  • Any extras such as postage or other services such as engraving must be paid before rings can be collected or sent from the workshop

  • A £25 non refundable consultation fee must be paid 7 days period to your consult. £25 will be deducted from your wedding ring workshop fee when booking.
