What is included: All the materials & tuition needed to make a sterling silver bangle with a charm.

What you will make

During this workshop you will make your own sterling silver bangle, while choosing from a range of beautiful charm options, stunning textures and a finish to suit your style. You will make this bangle independently with the support of the Noctua team, using traditional silversmithing techniques.

What you will learn

We’ll start by sizing, shaping and soldering the silver into a bangle that fits you perfectly. We have a wide range of hammers and techniques to give unique effects, including a matte finish, antiqued effect, glittering shine, pebbled texture or traditional high polish.

Included in the cost is the option to choose from our wide range of semi-precious gemstones as a complimenting charm.

There will be members of the Noctua team at hand throughout this process to support, advise and teach you the skills needed while allowing you to make the bangle independently.

Other information

This is a very interactive workshop which is suitable for complete beginners and people with prior experience of jewellery making. Everyone is welcome!

If you need glasses for reading then we recommend you bring them on the day, and we also recommend wearing old clothes. You will need to wear closed toe shoes and tie up long hair. We do not have a strict age limit but please enquire before booking a class for anyone under the age of 16 to confirm that the workshop is suitable for children. All under 16s will need to be accompanied by a participating adult.

As tempting as it may be to have a tipple in some of our fabulous venues we request that you do not drink alcohol before or during the workshop for health and safety reasons. In doing so you will be asked to leave the workshop without a refund.
